I like things and I don't like things

 Things I like:
1. My floral design class. It's the greatest ever.
2. My grandparents. They bring me food. Oh boy do they know the key to my heart.
3. Golden Oreos
4. Missionaries
5. Mothers
6. 100% on anatomy quizzes
7. Nail polish
8. Temples
9. Mail
10. Late night Sonic runs with my girls

Things I don't like:
1. When people smack their gum
2. When it's only September and Utah produces snow :(
3. Meat that goes bad
4. Pants that are too tight
5. Not enough sleep
6. When BYU doesn't win our football/soccer games
7. Homework
8. The cold
9. The cold
10. The cold

But things I do like always outweigh the things I don't like. So it's good ya know?
Let's all take a deep breath, study our hearts out, party like wild animals, and maybe fall in love this weekend. (even if you fall in love with food. cause that's my personal fav.)

Craziness

These past two weeks have been happy/sad/stressful/the best/the worst......just down right emotional.
I don't even want to say how many times I've called my mom in tears, but it's ok, that's what moms are for :)
With school starting it's been good/hard to get back into a routine and its been even harder for my soul to accept all this homework I have to do. But I do like all my classes, and even though we have to memorize an unnecessary amount of stuff in Anatomy, I love it! I love that class so much. And my religion classes are the best and I am so looking forward to them.
That first week of school was a challenge because I got really sick and just didn't want to do anything.
Also these past weeks have been the hardest because Stacey left on her mission on Wednesday.
She became one of my best friends and it was hard to send her off. And with  her leaving it made me miss my sister and Whit and Rach so so much. But it's good, cause in a little more than a year they will be back in my arms, and I couldn't be more excited about it.
I've also just been having a hard time trying to make some decisions that will be best for me, but a single phone call from Bishop S cleared that all up!
And don't get me wrong, as extremely difficult as this past week has been it has also been a great one.
My mom sent me cookie butter and just talks to me all the time, which I need and love.
I got to hang out with Stacey for 3 days before she went into the MTC and they were the best three days.
We had a ward reunion. 53rd forever!
I got a letter from my WHIT!
I hung out with Brooklyn, Emily, Shanoah, and Syd a ton......And I LOVE these girls to death, they are going to make my life better while we wait for our missionaries to come home.
I went to the temple.
I went to the BYU vs. UofU womens soccer game and we won! (and we stormed the field...life changing)
My dad called me to ask about my week and had me drive by this house he wants to buy up here!
I got to visit Katreena (she lives in my old dorm) and it was so good to see her and to see how cute she decorated. She's the best, and I am so glad she is up here with me!
Annnnnd now I will stop, and here are some pictures for your enjoyment:
^We celebrated the other night by getting shakes and fries because Brooklyn turned the big 20, and Hailey got her mission call to Rochester, New York!!^
^Did I forget to mention that I went to the Provo farmers market, and it was the cutest thing that I have ever been to. AND I got to try macaroons for the first time and they were divine.^

^My Stace girl and I at the ward reunion.^
^All of my favorite people at the ward reunion. Aren't these kids just the cutest?^
^Saying goodbye to this cutest girl over a healthy meal of Kneeders French Toast. She is going to do amazing things, and I am so proud to call her one of my best friends.^

The Lone Star State

My week back in Texas was the best ever. There is just something about that state that is so radical. Everyone should get a chance to visit Texas!
Well my week pretty much consisted of hanging out with my mom, making crafts, talking with my sisters, eating at all my favorite places, swimming, and just all that good stuff that comes along with being at home. I love being home. I miss Texas a lot sometimes. It's just such a sweet place to be you know? But thanks for treating me well Texas, till December, you wonderful state you.
^I tried to swim as much as possible, cause I miss my good old pool!!^

^What-A-Burger. Iconic Texas restaurant right here. Their chicken and gravy makes my life a little better.^

^My sisters and I found our old super hero capes. I love my sisters :) They are the best. And we went to see the One Direction movie together. SO GOOD. Our lives are forever changed for the better ;)^
^Meet Katherine. She is my dearest friend from back at home. I adore this woman to pieces. Best friends forever and ever!^

And a happy Labor Day to all. School starts tomorrow!! AHHH!
